Edinburgh Tours Departure Point:

All of our tours from Edinburgh depart from the bus stop right outside the  'Deacon's House Cafe', on the Lawnmarket, Royal Mile. It's located between St. Giles Cathedral, and Edinburgh Castle, so is really easy to find, even if you've just arrived in the city. Look out for the statue of David Hume, the red British telephone boxes, and the lifelike statue of 'Deacon Brodie' himself right outside the Cafe. It's just up from the 'Bank of Scotland' at the corner of George IV Bridge and the Royal Mile. There is a map showing this departure point below.

The Cafe should be open from 08.00am during the Summer months (April to October) for hot drinks/snacks and breakfast. During the Winter season (November to March), it will be open from 08.30am. Feel free to bring any takeaway coffee/tea onto our wee bus, just dispose of the cup responsibly!
