What We Do
*Our tours bring Scotland to life for you:

We champion Scotland, because Scotland is a wonderful place. However long you want to spend here, we'll tell you to stay longer, as there's just SO much to see and do. We want to show it to you.
Better than that, we want to bring Scotland to life for you. We want to tell you about our romantic and dramatic history. We want to show you our beautiful scenery. We want to introduce you to every part of Scottish life and culture.
We are a company created, and run, by experienced Scottish tour guides. We still guide our own tours, and we care about every moment of your experience with us. We know what you want, because you've told us often enough.
*With us, You spend more time off the bus than on it:

We've shaped the company around a concept we like to call 'Micro-Tourism'. It might sound like business jargon, but we truly believe in it.
'Micro-Tourism' involves you travelling fewer miles each day, and allows you time to get off the bus and truly experience Scotland. Our aim for every tour is to spend more time off the bus than on it. We have an unhealthy amount of love for our beautiful wee buses, but we realise you want to get off and explore the beauty of Scotland.
This is something our guests rave about when they give us feedback. We promise to make sure at least 50% of your time is spent off the bus exploring our beautiful little country.
It's amazing how much more you discover when you get off and take a walk around. You'll see plants, animals and scenery you'd never see when looking out of a window whilst whizzing past at 50 miles per hour. To truly discover Scotland you need time. We give you the time to do so. We'll take you to wonderful, remote spots that other companies fly past to get to the 'famous' sights.
Our competitors travel anywhere up to 355 miles per day on tours. This allows very little time to explore. It's stressful for the driver/guide, and you'll have extremely tight deadlines to meet, giving you no choices or options. If you are going to book a tour with any of them, please ask them how many miles they do before booking in order that you're not disappointed afterwards.
*Your group size will be kept small, because we care about your overall experience:

Your experience; and memories of Scotland, mean everything to us. We love Scotland. Yeah, I know all the other companies say that, but we REALLY, REALLY love Scotland. Let us prove it to you. Let us show you the Scotland we love. The real Scotland, up-close and personal.
The only way we can do that is by keeping our group sizes small. By doing this, you become very important to your tour guide. They'll take time to speak with you each day, answering any questions you have and making sure your needs are met. Our group sizes are capped at a maximum of 24 people.
By capping your group size at 24, even in one day, you'll get to know other people in your group. We aim, primarily, for travellers who speak (at least some!) English. This is very important for those travelling alone or in small groups who want to meet others and share experiences.
Most of our guests come from, in no particular order, USA, Canada, England, Wales, Ireland (North and Republic!), Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Germany, France, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Singapore and Hong Kong.
The people in our tour groups are either young, or 'young-at-heart'. Having a group of people who share a language and come on tour with the right attitude makes a world of difference to your overall experience.
*We promise you will love our tours. If for any reason you don't, you can have ALL of your money back!

We aim for 100% satisfaction with all of our guests. We don't always meet that target, because we're human, and errors happen now and again. We're willing to stand up and admit if something is our fault. So, with that in mind, we offer the following to ALL of our guests on any of our upfront 'paid' tours : If you are unsatisfied with anything to do with your tour, or the level of customer service you've received, we'll be only too happy to offer you a full refund, no questions asked. That's how confident we are in our ability to make your time in Scotland special.
We hope you understand why all of the above points are important to creating a great tour. Top class customer service, and a fantastic tour experience for you, is our goal.
