Driver Guide Roles

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing circumstances surrounding Covid-19 we have ceased recruitment of driver-guides for this season. Below, you will find the details of the requirements needed to apply to work with us as a driver-guide in the future.

Are you passionate about Scotland? Looking to make the Highlands your new office? Do you love meeting new people?

You might be the perfect candidate to join our growing team of skilled, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Driver Guides for the 2020 season (start date March/April 2020). We are looking to recruit passionate and outgoing professionals to help provide lifetime memories and sharing our love of Scotland to guests from all over the world! The role will involve driving our brand new fleet of Midi-sized coaches (30-34 seats) while at the same time entertaining and informing guests of all nationalities about Scotland.

Your days will involve driving around Scotland, taking your guests to some of the most beautiful scenic spots the country has to offer, whilst sharing your knowledge and love of Scotland’s culture and history.  The job will be demanding as well as rewarding – your guests will remember their trip with you for years to come!

If this sounds like the job for you, and you hold a full Category D driving licence, a valid Tacho card and up-to date CPC training, please send your CV and accompanying cover-letter to our Operations Department: biz@thehairycoo.com.

We do not accept applications from those without the minimum requirements outlined above.
